Dear Parent,
According to the details you have provided it could be Viral infection or your child is allergic in both of these cases antibiotic is not the treatment of choice.
No medications could be prescribed without knowing your kid weight.
If your child is 2 years old Acefyl syrup is not a good choice for him.
you can give him honey 1tbsp in 1/2cup luke warm water for cough.

These symptoms are very typical of a viral infection which should improve in a couple of weeks. The absence of fever is also a good sign. There is NO need to give antibiotics as these are prescribed for bacterial infections only.

if child develops a fever, breathing difficulties, lethargy or lack of appetite then must consult a qualified paediatrician (child specialist) for proper clinical assessment

According to history as other colleagues suggested its typical viral infection and need no antibiotics atleast....
give warm honey water on daily basis.
avoid perfumes, powders, dust, smoke, birds, flowers etc.
Mytika sachet 04mg one daily with semisolids for one month
syrup pulmitec 2.5ml twice a day for two weeks .
nothing else to worry and will settle with time dont worry....
