Talk to Pediatrician on Constipation And Vomiting

My daughter has a Congenital Myopathy patient. normally she regular Faces Constipation issue. 2 days ago she has the problem and Vomiting. we give her Duphalic syrup and Wati she is better now, but today she again Vomiting after 40 minutes of taking feed (Milk). She has no cough, no fever. what's the alarming things for kids in case of Cold, or Flu (Pneumonia).
