Salam dr My 2.5 year old baby is facing constipation from last week.Sometimes he has small amount of blood like drops in his stool after constipated.He started pure milk about last 1 month but constipation occur from last week. what is the reason for constipation??plz reply i am worried about my son.which medicine i give to my child???
