Constipation k liye fiber wali cheezen must Hain like fruits ,apple ,melon ,water melon ,cucumber etc
If there are no other symptoms like abdominal pain, persistent vomiting or abdominal distension you may use Purit Sachet. Give the child 1/2 (half) sachet daily, adjust dose to produce regular soft stools; maximum 2 sachets per day.
