Talk to Pediatrician on Chronic Cough

My daughter my daughter has chronic cough from 4or 5 days. I am giving her honey and caricef, but she is not improving even she feels difficulty in breathing while coughing kindly tell me what could be the problem. I guess I had eaten the the sauce that was citric. I am not sure but she is cutting badly. She is on my feed she is 6 months old. Kindly suggest what should I do
