my baby girl of 2 years is suffering from very bad constipation, my wife tried lots of medicine but nothing work, kindly suggest me any good medicine or food for her.

Thanks for sharing ur concern. Usually it’s functional constipation in kids but a detailed history is very important. Is the stool hard and long or small pellet like pieces ? does she strain while passing stool ? any blood street in stools ?
give her fluids in any form..water, juice, milk.. just stop giving her formula milk, as it cause constipation at times.
give her gripe water after having meal.
