Talk to Pediatrician on Children Having Cough Flu Phlegm

Assalamu alaikum.my son asthmatic allergic child advised adenotonsillectomy couple of years ago age 5 years 3 months remained perfectly healthy without any medicine slept well and took good diet during whole month of Ramadan but is again having runny nose phlegm.slight tiredness of legs and cough.my daughter age 8 years 10 months having cough.phlegm.tiredness of legs.Please advise separately for both.
