Asking for Other, Male, 1 years old, Karachi
Hello everyone,
My son is 2 months old. I would like to ask what is the difference in between the private and government child vaccinations?
TIA
government is upto 9 months and there is some difference of brands.
private also cover Vaccination after 1 year like MMR chickenpox meningitis hepatitis A Typhoid etc. these are not covered by govt
As per my opinion.....
better to get first one year vaccinations from any nearby reliable Govt setup....
after one year visit nearby pediatrician for optional vaccine which Govt dont do.......
like dr. Rizwan Gohar mentioned MMR, Chicken pox, hep A , typhoid, Meningococcal etc
Hi govt vaccinations are till the age of 9 months. They cover very important illnesses common in our setup but some other vaccinations are also available for the common illnesses like chickenpox typhoid hepatitis A MMR which r not included in govt programme so they should be taken by private doctors
