My son is 17 months old. He has 10kg weight. diet and other physical activities are normal but the problem is, he can't sleep well since last few mont hs. He takes good dinner but after 12am he wakes up again and again feeds many times changes his sides, so in short he can't sleep soundly...He gets up 5am daily in the morning, and during day time he sleeps twice for 2 hours. After a check up we gave him vermox and zental as he picks things off the ground and take them into the mouth..
It's normal reduce his day time sleep increase food intake decrease milk intake
dont get worry its normal u just do 2 things
1 is reduce day time sleep
2 is decrease milk intake increase food intake
Thanks for sharing ur concern. Does he cry or feel irritable when he wakes up at night ? Any change in his sleeping routine? Total sleeping hours ? Any rash on the body which he might be scratching at night ?
