Talk to Pediatrician on Child Having High Fever Cough

I have a son who is 6 years 5 months old now. He is asthmatic. Few years ago after taking joshandah he had sudden severe asthma attack and had to be taken to emergency. Since then he never had severe attack. However repeatedly he gets cough flu... Especially during changes of weather.Then he suddenly had issue of sleep. He used to wake up almost daily at midnight and then whole family remained disturbed. We took him to child specialist who sent him to Ent surgeon. His X rays showed enlarged tonsils and adenoids.majority of Ent surgeons consulted advised adenotonsillectomy. However few advised to wait for few years. We decided to wait for few years. Now he is 6 plus. During last 3 years he had multiple throat tonsils infections and nasal blockage issues. during last one year he became much better. Sleep routine became normal. He had very few allergy type issues resolved with simple cough syrup brittanyl myteka and clenil nebulisation. Last month he had tonsils pain and gave augmenti
