Assalam u alaykum.with changing Weather my son age is again having cough.hoarse voice.blocked nostrils.hes alergic,asthmatic type child.He remained perfectly healthy for last few months without medicines Alhamdulillah although he has very large tonsils and adenoids for more than 2 years.sleep is also better.shall we start giving medicines daily now continuously during winter????which medicines are safest for continuous use in winter.hasnt got fever yet.we are also planning to give goat neck homemade soup.
