Talk to Pediatrician on Child Development

My daughter is sixteeen months old, she can walk with support but is too scared all the time, she only wants to be glued to the mother and just wants to be held all the time, if i make her stand with support she wil cry for as long as she is standing, her only motivation is her mother. She lifts her up into standing but only when she is sitting in the mother's laps not other wisse.. Her other milstones were timely she has also been. Shown to a child neurophysican sincce the older brother has arrested communicating hydrocephalus. Al the tests have been conducted and this baby is all fine but the above mentioned points are a point of concern
