My three years old son is hyperactive, aggressive sometimes, mood swings, difficulty in talking, interact with strangers without any fear, can't sit still for more than few seconds. Kindly let me know whom to contact and why is he like this.?

These are the signs of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, That can also be comorbid along with behavioral issues like conduct problems. Proper assessment of developmental milestones like speech and language should be done. You better consult a child psychiatrist and psychometric assessment would be done by a Clinical Psychologist. Early management would lead to better recovery.
