Noisy breathing according to your description could be due to simple nasal congestion. Instill Normal Saline drops in each nostril with the the other nostril closed. Let the baby sneeze or cough due to the discomfort caused by the saline drops. A tiny speck of mucus can cause the airway to become noisy. Thats all this baby needs.
BUT in case the baby refuses feeds, has fever or vomits after every feed then take him to the nearest hospital for evaluation of resp distress.
