Assalam O Alaikum. mera bety ki chest sy awaz ati h, nose b thora band h,  jb cough krta h to rona start kr deta h ku k sanss m problem ho rhi hoti h,... din k waqt dhoop m thk rehta h, m pack b kiya hota h k hawa na lgy,.  and 2 dr sy medicine ly chuki koi fark ni par rha  nebulize b krwa rrhi 2times, medicine  caricef panadol bronchi t  dr ny likh k di h.... ab mjy kiya krna chahy bachy k liy itni antibiotics b thk ni hoti, 
PS. m. baby k sath daily 15minutes ka rasta ty krtihun  im working lady. so mjy lgta shyd hawa lg jti usy ku k face ko cover ni krny deta agr utha ho.

Seems to be a case of chest allergy needs regular treatment and follow up by consultant child specialist

Its Baby allergy/Asthma, precautions are more important then treatment.....
Cold air, perfumes, dust, smoke, carpets, flowers etc all are cause of allergies so should be avoided as much as can.......
Mytika sachet 04mg one sachet daily for 4 weeks, no role of antibiotics.....
Nebulize with Half atem and 2ml normal saline every 6 hourly
nebulize with Half clenil and 2ml normal saline twice a day
one week nebulizations....
better visit nearby child physician ......
dont worry will be fine with time.....
