Kindly tell me should we change antibiotic (azithromycin) or continue same.

it's not due to infection. it's due to chemical induced bronchitis/bronchospasm. No role of antibiotics . see a nearby physician.

This looks like hyper reactive airway or seasonal Asthma/allergy.....
in such conditions nebulizations are always helpful in these children along with some bronchodilators ....
you can add long acting bronchodilators like bambuterol along with ipratropium bromide nebulizations, avoid powders, perfumes, smog, dust, carpets, smoking and kitchen stuff...
This will settle in few days and if not continue nebs and add Montelucast 4mg sachet daily before bed.......
wait and see will be settle and there is no role of any antibiotics in such episodes, warm liquids like vegetable soup, tahini, qehwa and supportive treatment is always recommended.......
dont worry
