Talk to Pediatrician on Chest And Heart Hole In My Child

Dear Sir my son having age 2 year & 9 month ..his heart has 2 holes by birth in which one is filled by blessings of Allah Almighty and one is 60 percent.He has no any pain from heart side and play well .but his chest all time vibrate from back and breathe difficulty and give sound mostly at night time when he sleeps straight and feel relax when sleep side by side .water is also flow from mouth.this problem is also from birth but now from 2 month he is daily using medicines like anti biotic of britanyal syrup, calamox syrup, ultima syrup,and injections also like wycef, oxidil, etc.but no any good reult ...at last plz guide me for his good health ..may Allah bless u all
