apply Quench cream on body except face..apply polyfex plus to face...hopefully it will recover depend upon grade of burn
and % of body involved. keep hydration good of the patient by giving juices and fresh fruits and keep the areas clean to avoid infection

Face area is affected as seen in pics better to consult any nearby doctor
Meanwhile apply quench cream mix with lignocaine
Start syp velosef 250mg
5ml subha sham 5 days
Syp tercica 5 ml subha dopaher sham for pain
Increase fluids intake to twice the normal

A young child with burns on the face should NEVER be treated online.

The treatment depends upon the extent and degree of burns. You can offer Calpol syrup for pain relief but please DO NOT delay seeing a doctor in the hospital immediately.
