my child aged 2 feel in the garden and got a bruise near his nose, presently I'm only applying polyfax on it to let it heal do I need to apply any other cream or give him some pain killer etc?

You may give him pain killer if needed. Has he been vaccinated completely for tetanus as per schedule? And was there any contact with thorns when he fell down in garden?
