My child has difficulty in breathing since three days in night especially kindly suggest

Though I am not a doctor but posting on behalf of Dr.
Best would be to give steam for a very young child you can boil water in a kettle and hold the child while you are sitting put a towel on your head and child within the towel open the lid of kettle give steam to him or her, beware of steam being too hot. And nebulise with normal saline.
