Talk to Pediatrician on Body Aches

My 11 yrs son is complaining of pain in head ,legs n stomach since last 5 days...im giving him panadol it gets better for some time ..i didnt take him to the hosp becasue of covid ..his weight is 27 kgs ..pls assist
