Talk to Pediatrician on Blue Lips
Asking for Other, Female, 10 years old, Faisalabad
My daughter name is aenna. She is ten years. Her lips and fingertips of hands and feet,started turning blue when she was 5. We got her heart and lung angiography, but both reports are OK. her lips have become very blue now.can someone guide me in this case or suggest a doctor
You need to see a Pediatric Cardiologist asap cause blue discoloration of skin and nails means that there is a heart problem. If you can send me the anniversary result.

But,according to her angiography reports, as was performed by Dr.masood sadiq in children hospital in 2012,her heart has no problem, so he suggested us,pulmo angiography, but the results of her lung angiography we're also normal.
Wat is meaning of anniversary results, and how I contact, if I come to Lahore, .I.e.in which hospital You work!
I want to save her,and from last two years,her liver and spleen have enlarged due to non diagnosis of her disease by doctors. Her belly has swollen,and lips have become more dark.
If,You can help me for my daughter, then,it would be great kindness

I meant angiography results. If her heart and lungs are fine please see a Pediatric Hematologist to rule out Thallessemia and Hemachromatosis as both her liver and spleen are enlarged. Hepatopslenomegaly could be due to several reasons including Gsuchers disease, Cystic Fibrosis, Criggler Naggers disease etc. The child needs a complete work up and maybe a Bone Marrow too so that her issue can be sorted out. I don't live in Pakistan but just help online.

But there is a question, that,can a girl with blue lips,tongues and finger tips and mostly perspired hands has a disease in which there are no lungs and heart involved.!
Her thyroid Harmon's tests are also normal and I think,that met hemoglobinemia is from birth,but she had no blue lips before five Years.
Infact,iam not understanding, that which doctor I should take her.
Someone said me,that give her intravenous VitC,but I don't know any doctor,in Pakistan, who can do this treatment or expert in giving extra oxygen,to relieve her Cyanosis.
If,Sir,You could guide me,how to proceed further for her,then I will be thankful.
