Talk to Pediatrician on Blood In Stool
Asking for Other, Male, 1 years old, Lahore
My 10 months old son is having bloody poops off and on since 5 days. Sometime the the stool is all clear but most often have blood streaks in it. He poops 4 to 5 times a day due to teething. His stool test report is attached. I want to share that My son was diagnosed pyloric stenosis and was operated when he was 28 days old after his birth. Hopefully his current problem is not related to his previous one.

commonest cause of blood is colitis due to infection. Although there can be many other reasons. stool exam showing occult blood. a thorough history and examination is needed to go further. please see a nearby physician
