I have heard mixed reviews about Bioplasgen 21 tablets used during teething . I want to know are these tablets safe to use?

All over the world these medicines are not recommended and not being used in pediatric population.....
Teething is a natural process and during this baby needs good hands hygiene nothing else and mo medications.......
