Hold all medicine first
Continue gut care schaet only
And give ORS
Stop all of these medicines. Continue with the milk and solid food. Clean water either filtered or boiled. Soft cooked rice with chicken soup, bananas mashup etc. ORS or other rehydration liquids like pedialyte.
