Asslamoalikum dear doctor i want to ask about my baby weight she born premature birth weight is 1.7kg In one month she becomes 2.3kg In 3 months she is 3.2kg MashaAllah Now she is 6 month her weight is almost 5/6 kgs is is normal she is gaining? She is active Alhmdulliah Please suggest diet aur usko koi multi vitman diye jaen ya esy thk hai and maine weight machine wo use ki hai jis mai hum apna weight check karty hain is that accurate for babies? dear wt seems good according to birth weight but go to any clinic do wt on baby weight machine and u asking about multi vitamin u can give her d.max drops 3 drops once a day for 3 month and start semi solid diet use sago dana banana instant oat meal and soji
