Talk to Pediatrician on Baby’s Feed

I want to know can I give NL33 to my 1 and a half month old baby without being sure if she is lactose intolerant or not? I started giving it to her while she had diarrhoea in her first month (I mistakenly gave her saunf ka paani with powdered milk) doctor suggested NL33, enflor, flagyl syrup and she is fine now but I’m continuing it tha same feed. Is it okay? She is being super gassy. The stools are loose not watery and she does it after every feed. I burp her after every ounce and giving her 2 ounce milk in total. She will be 2 months old on 30th Oct. she was born 3.4 kg. Don’t know about her weight now.
