Talk to Pediatrician on Baby Stopped Making Sounds

My 3 months old daughter had a heart surgery a month ago for vsd closure. Op was successful mashallah. Before op she used to make sounds but after the operation she has stopped making any sounds. She tries but cant. What would be the possible reason. We were giving her viagra and spidomide. But now only spidomide is on. Kindly help
