my 4 weeks old is exclusively on mother feed. he demands feed 3 to 4 hourly.. but today he has been sleeping for npre than 8 hours. i tried to get him up. but he is not getting up completely. nor taking feed.. just fed for 5 min n slept again.. he is not having flu or sore throat or fever.. should i wake him up or let him sleep
