Talk to Pediatrician on Baby's Sleep
Asking for Self, Female, 29 years old, Nankana Sahib
I have twin girls 1 month of age. Should i make them sleep with me on same bed or in a separate cot? What is better for mental health of babies? For how long (months/years) should babies sleep with their parents on same bed? P.S. we both husband and wife are resident doctors so we are not always available at night.babies will have to change their place often after my maternity leave ends.

Lie them in supine position. Separate cots should be used. Parents should sleep nearby, it is both important for babies well being and parent child relationships
