Talk to Pediatrician on Baby Milk Intake

my little girl is 3 months old. she is on formula exclusively. few days ago she had sore throat and did anti biotic course of 5 days took syrup mixel.she was also prescribed anti allergy syrup. she was producing khar khar sounds from chest specially at night. her milk intake was zero which became better after medicine.

now again her milk intake is zero. i took her to doc . her throat and chest are fine now no issue but she isnt taking any milk. not at all. i havent change bottles or milk nothing. everything is same. she event dont cry for milk. she is doing green poop with curds in it. never did green before. doc asked ne to give probiotic for 5 days but no improvement.

i am even neubulizing her with ventolin (prescribed by doc)
