Talk to Pediatrician on Baby Frequent Poop

my daughter 2 year old. weight 10.5 had watery motion for the last week. give flagyl to stop motion for 2 days but no relief. switch to Q-plex suspension and consistency of motion changes from watery to pulpy . from the last 3 to 4 she is passing frequent poop not motion . about 5 poop a day. and color is green. consistency is as normal poop she passes as before. whenever she eat anything passes the poop after half hour. though she is all fine active all day eating normally. and sleeping properly. is frequent greenish poop a thing to consider .. plz advice
