ye koi problm nhi he uska nose block ho ga thats y bchy air swallow krty he jis sy gases b ziada hoti he this is not a big issue no need to worry

is the baby on top feed ? b/c its make more fart .usualy on mother feed the fart problem starts from 2 month onwards. and as for voices its difficult to comment without having examin.
Fart is not a problem. Do not worry about it. For throat sounds, can you share a video? Or try nebulization with 3 ml normal saline. Does this make him better and decreases sounds?
