Talk to Pediatrician on Baby Doesn’t Talk

My baby is 2.2 years old, he just says a few words and babble mostly. He makes us understand everything with gestures instead. Should I be worried?

responds to audio stimuli , then its ok, just take help of some speech therapist , otherwise seems fine
