my daughter is 2 years and 10 months old. she complains about pain at the anus whenever she passes stool or whenever I wash her. ye problem usko pehlay nhi thi.

Its common to have constipation in young children as they drink lot of formula milk and not much fibre in food.
so give her more fluids, start more fibre in her diet like mashed vegetables and fruits.
if still not better, than consult a paediatric surgeon.
