2 year old boy ate small amount of soap should take him to hospital He vomitted immediately after eating

No need of hospital.give child plenty of water
Give water in good quantity
Do give syp polypep 2.5 ml subha sham for 5 days
no need of taking him to hospital...observe at home...give fluids and start syp.peptiban 3 cc in morning and evening for 2 days if he vomits again...there is no need to worry in sha Allah...
No need to take child to hospital. Soap contains mostly fats with very negligible amount of alkali. Lot of children eat soap frequently & nothing happens. Just relax & be careful in future. Good Luck. :-)
