Talk to Pediatrician on Asthma Attack
Asking for Mother, Male, 5 years old, Lahore
Aoa. My son is asthmatic. Hes on seretide inhaler and myteka since 1 year. His only issue was cough spells and wheezing which relieved by above mentioned treatment. Now due to smog he has cough spells again. What should i do for this? I m nebulizing him with clenil and ventolin. Kindly tell me doses of clenil and ventolin for him along with dilution method. Plz help. He weighs only 13 kg.
0.5ml ventolin and 2ml normal saline every 6 hourly
Half ampule clenil and 2ml normal saline every 12 hourly
Nebulize for 5 to 7 days
At this season he just need nebulizations, precautions, montelukast and some bronchodilator....
Give him Syrup Pulmitec 3.5ml twiceva day for two weeks and some anti allergic at night 3.5ml......
More warm liquids like vegetable soup, warm honey water and green tea....
will be fine dont worry
