Can we use hydrozole cream on anal area (from where stool discharge) and uretheral area (labia majora) on a two year old toddler? Is it safe to use? doctor prescribed this for my daughter as she having some allergy.As hydrozole is steriod i am worried about using it. Please guide me.
You can give for 3 to 5 days
Keeping the area clean by washing and drying. Some time off of diapers will improve the condition. Steroid dose in this cream is very small and can be used for 5 to 7 days. Long term use can cause problems.
