AOA! Need advice... I have 4.5 months old twins alhamdulillah! They are on bf & formula till now but now i want to start solid for them, may i? if yes then what can be given to them? one more thing can i give them diluted cow milk?

No cow Milk. start from one tsp Fresh juice and Cerelac in rice flavour or prep-up rice. gove solids in day after magrib keep on feed
