Asad age 4.5 did course of valocef and unifyline for asthmatic cough and adenoids tonsils completed around 10 days ago.Then we started giving him muconyl for phlegm.day before yesterday he had loose stool.yesterday we gave smecta.since last night he has acute diarrhea.no controll.just water like 3:times in night.gave smecta.doesnt take ors weight 16 kg
