my son is 4 years he is complaining for bone ache in hands while writing and legs afterwashroom .what should i do what should i give him
any other complaint,fever,etc,is he getting pale as well,any bleeding,any bruises,does he complain of pain throughout day and night.?his nutritional status,his weight,his complete blood count and serum calcium status?These queries need to be addressed.
A thorough history is required. we need to know if he has had fever, or pale skin. A CBC, ASO titres, serum calcium and serum vitamin D3 levels should be helpful
