Talk to Pediatrician on Abrasion Of Left Cornea

Aoa. I need opinion of an eye specialist for my son who got abrasion of left cornea, it has been 24 hours and we have been applying Erythromycin Ophthalmic Ointment USP twice a day. But his eye is still very red and have watery eyes all the time. Also sometimes he complains that opening his eyes hurt. we keep an eye patch on his eye so he will feel better. please suggest if there is something we can do for him to get rid of red/swallow eye. and how much time does it take to heal properly. And also in future if this will be dangerous for eye sight.
kindly get him physically examine to an opthalmologist....otherwise it could be dangerous to treat him at home....
if you are in lockdown then post clear and high define picture of the wound....
meanwhile you can use cinneria martima homoeopathic drops,,they are much diluted eyedrops and helps in healing of pain in the eyes but you should go for him examine physical to an optic technician at least.
