Talk to Pediatrician on Abdominal Pain, Rashes, Loose And Frequent Stools

Hi , my daughter is 7 months old.. she is having abdominal pain from many days, having loose and frequent stools every 2 hours.. i gave her enflour sachet , the consistency changes slightly but frequency is still every 2 hours.. she was also having fever 4-5 days , j gave her panadol , so she is better now but her abdomen is still the same.. she also got rashes quickly because of urine or stools (maybe her urine or stools become acidic or harsh for her)..she cries alot please suggest something.
