Talk to Pediatrician on Abdominal Pain,fever & Loose Stools

Aoa! My 4 years and 11 months old son has developed 101 fever alongwith pain in abdomen and few watery stools but in a very less quantity. Last week he has completed course of cefixime as his complain was same. We got his abdominal US done and it was normal. But there were 0-1 pus cells in stool. Attaching his reports. Pls guide me as we have come from UAE and every time we come he becomes ill with diarrhea. I have tried everything previously, have been to so many drs but nothing makes him better. He doesnt gain weight due to this diarrhea.
