Aoa, i want some remedy or medicine syrup like anything for my 6 month baby who is in trouble with sore throat and swollen gums and 38.2 fever. His head is too hot and rest of body is cold. Tell me what should i do .

I already give him calpol and panadol syrup for 3 days with 6 hour duration. His condition still same. And also tell me what should apply on gums for soothing?
