My 3 months old daughter had a heart surgery a momth ago for vsd closure. Before that she used to make sounds but after surgery abe just stopped making noises. She cries ok. Cardiologist has now stopped all medicines. Its been more than a month of her surgery. Kindly help

Why she is not making sounds. Before surgery she used to play and make noises but now she make sounds only when she cries. She is taking only spiromide. Before that viagra spidomide and digoxine.
