Salam. My 23 months old son is doing vomits since 3 days and doesn't feel like eating anything. i have been giving him onset tablet 1/4th twice a day (mixed with sweet yogurt) but that doesn't seem to work now. I feel his digestive system is not accepting anything thats why he is throwing even after taking a bite. Can any paediatrician recommend what medicine to give him now.
Also please note, he doesnt take any syrups and throw immediately. Thats why his doctor previously recommended onset tablet.
is there any other symptom besides vomiting like fever, pain or crying while passing urine, cough or what about appetitedark yellow urine
can u give his pas history is he had vomitting since birth or this occur first time and tell me any association like diarrheoa or execssive cry during passing stool or urine and tell me how many time he having episode of vomitting and tell me vomitting asociated with taking milk or without milk

i do not give him milk during the day and if i try to give him food he vomits just after taking a bite. so then i have to give him medicine.
No he doesn't have this issue since birth but occured first time when he was 11 months old. then same happened when he was 14 months old.
no problem in passing urine.

dear then u should take a appointment one of us peadiatrician if u convenient take online appointment because we need to detailed checkup and do some investigetion of pt then decide whats going on with him

Detailed History is necessary plus dehydration to nhn? Agar vomiting subside nhn horhi then you should start IV medication after consultation

zero appetite, not taking anything except water.
and no other symptom just a little constipation
