Talk to Pediatrician on 1. Need A Syrup That Increases Appetite. 2. Irritation In Private Parts

Assalaam o' Alaikum, I want to ask a couple of question from a CHILD SPECIALIST for my 2.5 years old daughter. Please, if there's a child specialist or a pediatrician here, kindly respond to my queries. Thanks.

My daughter doesn't eat anything. i have tried cooking a lot of varieties for her including rice, daliya, sooji etc. no fruits, no fries. she only eats when she wants to and that too, of her choice. Please suggest a good syrup that makes her hungry. I have recently toilet trained her so she only wears diaper at night. At day time, she keeps scratching her private parts and when i asked her why she keeps doing it, she said k kharish hoti hai. I wash her myself, commode where she is washed is not used by anyone else in the house. I have also tried using a gynaecologically tested intimate wash (diluted first with water and then used.) it helped for a couple of days but the situation is back to where it started. Kindly, suggest how do I address this situation.
