My daughter is 8months old now,she operated for tethered spinal cord on 20th sept2021.post-operative wound healing process was very slow, as we use Kaltostat dressing for that,as prescribed by doctor , after all that the wound has red spots around it, what are these spots?

its better to see the operating surgery for your query
it looks fine wound was healed but
must consult near surgeon to examin the wound properly
seems to be superficial,
I hope it will settle soon ,
apply some locals antibiotics ointment
i think you should consult dermatologist as well, along with operating surgeon
