assalam o Alaikum wrwb!
I feel pain in my right heel since last 15-20 days. tried applying balm on it but no relief. I'm nursing mom and have a 1.5 years old daughter, via c section. I am over weight, with height 5,6" and weight 90kgs. I doubt if I have some calcium deficiency. do I need to get some tests done..? please advise. I don't wanna take any supplements without consulting doctor. posting here because I am afraid of going to doctors and clinics these days due to covid.

avoid prolong standing
use silicon heel pad
achilles stretching exercises
and use pain killer (tab dicloran 50mg BD)

Pain is due to Plantar fasciitis. Use pain medicine, calcium and vitamin d supplements. Use heel paid and try to reduce weight
